All Team Members Must:

  • Have a pre-employment physical and drug screen and a background check
  • Must be willing and able to work in all outdoor weather conditions all year round
  • Must be willing and able to work 40 hours or more per week when requested
  • Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays when requested

Arborists, Climbers, Foreman, Trimmers

Tree trimming and maintenance operations are an important part of our business. The tree climber position performs general tree care operations (i.e., removals, pruning, cabling & bracing, lightning protection). Trimmers and Climbers must have experience trimming and climbing, and bucket experience is desired. Must also have a valid driver’s license (class B preferred), good communication skills, be safety conscious, and have the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Arborist Sales

We are looking for an excellent Arborist Sales Representative to join our tree care family – someone who loves trees and is interested in helping to educate our clients about how to care for their trees and landscapes. For over 40 years, our focus has always been on science, education, and safety. We give our customers scientific based information to make the best decision for their trees, shrubs and landscapes.

Plant Health Care Technicians, Licensed Pesticide Applicators, and Spray Technicians

While technical Plant Health Care knowledge is important for this position, communication skills are just as important. Plant Health Care (PHC) Technicians become familiar with our clients and their properties, helping our sales and office staff provide personalized service.

Landscape Managers, Foreman, and Landscape Labor

Landscape operations help refine and shape our surroundings. To excel in our Landscape division we look for someone that has an attention to detail and an ability to communicate well with their team.
