All Team Members Must:

  • Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Have a pre-employment physical and drug screen and a background check
  • Must be willing and able to work in all outdoor weather conditions all year round
  • Must be willing and able to work 40 hours or more per week when requested
  • Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays when requested
  • Must have a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and willingness to learn

Arborists, Climbers, Foreman, Trimmers

Tree trimming and maintenance operations are an important part of our business. The tree climber position performs general tree care operations (i.e., removals, pruning, cabling & bracing, lightning protection). Trimmers and Climbers must have experience trimming and climbing, bucket experience is helpful, a valid driver’s license (class B preferred), good communication skills, safety conscious and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
